Attorney
Bio
Angela Elliott Frazier
Dedication In Her DNA
A desire to work hard for her clients is second nature for attorney Angela Elliott Frazier. Inspired by her father, Senator Dick Elliott, who spent 30 years in the state legislature and never missed a day of the session, Angela learned the value of hard work.
“I was lucky to have parents who were great role models,” Angela said. “Their value system and strong work ethic were ingrained in me from a very young age.”
That work ethic, together with extensive education and work experience, have prepared Angela to assist families and business owners with a variety of legal needs, to become their “lawyer for life.”
After earning her law degree from the University of South Carolina, Angela E. Frazier practiced for three years in Myrtle Beach before spending four years with a business law firm in Greenville, South Carolina. She then opened Elliott Frazier — Family, Personal Injury & Car Accident Attorneys, LLC, in March of 2012, covering family law, divorce, and personal injury.
“Once you’ve developed a relationship with a client in one area of the law, it’s nice to be able to help them with other legal issues that arise,” she said. “I really enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories. Even in a case such as a personal injury or a divorce, it’s an honor to be able to help people through a difficult time in their life.”
Angela received a Masters in Business from Clemson in 2011 and served as an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Greenville Tech.
Angela has been appointed to Greenville Tech’s Advisory Committee for paralegal studies and will have the honor of serving with several other attorneys and judges from the upstate. As a former adjunct professor, Angela looks forward to assisting Greenville Tech and providing guidance and assistance for the future advancement of the paralegal program.
Angela said June 7, 2012 was a proud day for her family, when Governor Nikki Haley recognized Senator Elliott’s service to the state by presenting him with South Carolina’s highest civilian honor, The Order of the Palmetto.
“Watching my dad through many years of service to the community is one of the reasons I wanted to go to law school. Now I’m grateful that I have the opportunity to serve clients in the Upstate community. Now I have a chance to give back.” she said.
Angela later became a guest speaker on civility and professionalism at the Pennsylvania Family Court Bar Association in Charleston.
Her two kids, Kate, 9, and Hunter, 6, remind her every day why she works as hard as she does – family comes first. Angela believes the individuals and families she represents deserve the highest-quality care and advocacy when it’s needed most.
