Dedicated Support for Family Law Clients

Diana Kashirets is a Paralegal who’s been a valued member of the family law team at Elliott Frazier Family Law, LLC, since 2023. In her role, Diana supports the firm's attorneys by focusing on complex financial valuations, drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence. She ensures that cases progress smoothly by organizing case files, preparing financial statements, filing documents, and communicating with clients to help each case move forward.

A Personal Connection to the Legal Field

Diana’s interest in the legal field is deeply personal. It began after her own parents' divorce, which sparked a strong desire to better understand the legal process and how it directly impacts families. This background allows her to bring genuine empathy and understanding to the clients she supports. To build her foundational legal skills, she earned her Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Greenville Technical College in 2023. During her studies, she also completed an internship at Nelson Mullins and obtained a National Society for Legal Technology Certificate.

Life Outside the Office

Outside of the office, Diana enjoys reading, going on walks, and playing the piano. She loves roller coasters and is a passionate animal lover who volunteers her time with animals at the local Petco. She also volunteers with school and youth-focused community activities. Diana deeply values giving back and believes that supporting others outside of work ultimately strengthens the care and dedication she brings to the firm's clients every day.
