Dedication Is in Her DNA

Angela Frazier’s commitment to her clients is rooted in something deeper than professional training — it’s part of who she is.

She grew up in North Myrtle Beach in a family shaped by both loss and resilience. The tragic death of her grandfather had a lasting impact on her family, reinforcing their drive to show up for one another, work hard, and never take time or opportunities for granted. Those values became central to how Angela approaches both her life and her work.

Her father, Senator Dick Elliott, played an especially defining role in shaping that mindset. Over a 30-year career in the South Carolina legislature, he never missed a single day of session — a level of consistency and discipline that left a lasting impression. He taught Angela not just to work hard, but to stand firm, follow through, and fight for people who are counting on you.

I was lucky to have parents who were great role models. Their value system and strong work ethic were ingrained in me from a very young age.

Experience on Your Side

She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College, followed by her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. She later went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration from Clemson University; this achievement continues to shape how she approaches legal strategy, financial matters, and long-term client outcomes.

Her early career included time working in Washington, D.C. with the U.S. Senate Commerce Committee, followed by legal practice in Myrtle Beach and later as a partner in a business law firm in Greenville.

In 2012, Angela founded Elliott Frazier, where she focuses primarily on family law and divorce. She also handles personal injury matters, which are supported through the firm’s dedicated website, Elliott Frazier Injury Law.

Angela values being a well-rounded advocate and someone clients can rely on across the changing chapters of their lives.

Teaching, Leadership & Community

Angela has served as an adjunct professor in the paralegal program at Greenville Technical College, teaching litigation and professional ethics. She remains actively involved through Greenville Tech’s Advisory Committee for Paralegal Studies, working alongside attorneys and judges to help guide the future of the program.

Angela is also engaged in her community and supports organizations such as Let There Be Mom and Kidding Around Greenville, reflecting her belief that meaningful service should reach beyond the courtroom.

Life Outside the Courtroom

Angela is a devoted mother of two and values the time she spends with her husband and children above all else. Her family is a constant reminder of why she works as hard as she does and why the families she represents deserve unwavering care and attention.

Outside the office Angela is the proud owner of two Boykin Spaniels, Gryffin and Gracie, and enjoys historical fiction. She is a lifelong member of the Presbyterian Church.

At every level of her life and career, Angela brings the same mindset: be present, work hard, and stand strong for the people who depend on you.
