Katelyn Williams, Esq. is a South Carolina attorney who believes that good legal representation starts with listening, understanding, and genuinely caring about the people behind each case.

Katelyn was raised in a family-owned business, where she learned from an early age the value of hard work, responsibility, and treating people with respect. Her father came from a construction background, while her mother brought an accounting background to the business. Katelyn grew up working alongside her family and eventually took on nearly every role within the company, including manufacturing, sales, human resources, and day-to-day operations. That experience gave her an appreciation for both the challenges families face and the importance of finding practical solutions.

Hands-On Courtroom Experience

Her path to practicing law was equally hands-on. During law school, Katelyn worked alongside judges in the Circuit Court and clerked for a private law firm, gaining experience on both sides of the courtroom and developing a strong foundation in litigation. After graduating from Charleston School of Law, she went directly into the 13th Circuit Public Defender's Office, where she represented clients through all stages of litigation and developed extensive courtroom and trial experience.
