Growing Alongside the Firm

Jessica Dillard has been a vital part of Elliott Frazier since 2012, when she first started as an intern. She has grown alongside the firm for more than a decade, taking on the crucial role of Senior Paralegal. In this position, Jessica keeps both cases and daily operations running smoothly, ensuring that clients feel fully supported every step of the way. Throughout her career, she has worked across a wide range of practice areas, including business law, construction law, probate, real estate, personal injury, and family law.

A Passion for Family Law

Despite her broad legal background, family law has always been Jessica’s true passion. She finds child-related cases to be one of the most rewarding parts of her work, taking great pride in advocating for the best interests of children. For Jessica, there is an immense sense of fulfillment in seeing a fair custody arrangement finalized, knowing she helped establish a safe and positive environment for the family moving forward. She prides herself on going above and beyond for the firm's clients, serving as a highly dependable part of their support system during some of the hardest moments in their lives.

Life Outside the Office

Originally from Boiling Springs, South Carolina, Jessica is a proud mother of three who loves spending time with her friends and family. She is a social butterfly who enjoys lazy pool days and spending time at the lake. Jessica is also dedicated to giving back to her profession by volunteering with the Greenville Technical College Paralegal Program. Through this program, she helps students learn more about the paralegal profession and actively prepares them for their own careers in the legal field.
